作者运用数字信号处理技术和微电子技术实现了高频心电图的自动检测与分析。提出了使用低通微分器自动识别切迹和扭挫的算法,设计了高性能的硬件系统,其增益1000-10000倍,输入阻抗>5MΩ,CMRR>120dB,等效输入噪声<1μV,频率响应0.05-1KHz。对90例心脏病和32例冠状动脉造影患者的检测结果表明:其切迹数明显高于对照组(P<O.001),检测灵敏度为77.7%,特异性为82.6%,总符合率为81.2%。提示高频心电图的检测在临床上有重要意义。
The author uses digital signal processing technology and microelectronic technology to achieve the high-frequency electrocardiogram automatic detection and analysis. The algorithm of low-pass differentiator to identify notch and twist automatically is proposed. High-performance hardware system is designed with gain 1000-10000 times, input impedance> 5MΩ, CMRR> 120dB, equivalent input noise <1μV, frequency response 0.05-1KHz. The results of 90 cases of heart disease and 32 cases of coronary angiography showed that the number of notch was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001), the detection sensitivity was 77.7%, the specificity was 82.6% The total coincidence rate was 81.2%. Prompt detection of high-frequency ECG is clinically important.
