节参降耗档案节能减排做法:对苎麻微生物脱胶技术进行攻关,研发出生物脱胶技术;对夏布植物印染技术进行研究攻关,建成了中国首条植物染料印染夏布生产线;对锅炉进行改造,用谷壳代替煤供应脱胶罐等。成绩:采用生物脱胶方法后,使苎麻纺织品在强度、柔韧度、服用性能上更好,且生物脱胶污水中COD的化学成分减少90%;用谷壳代替煤产生蒸汽后,工厂烟囱里产生的是白色蒸汽,减少了对环境的污染,大大节省了成本等等。“恩达立足国内外中高端市场,通过大量引进国内麻纺棉纺行业的技术和设备,以达到节能减排、清洁生产的目的。这些新项目的投产,帮助企业节能减排的同时又减少了部分生产环节的用工人数,且产品质量领先国内同行”——江西恩达麻世纪科技股份有限公司董事长邱新海
