目的探讨低能级体外震波碎石(extracorporealshockwavelithotripsy,ESWL)治疗儿童尿路结石的效果及其副作用。方法采用德国DornierCompactDelta型碎石机,碎石的能级1～2级,冲击次数350～1800次,工作电压10～11.5kV,对46例患儿行碎石治疗。结果18例肾结石1次有效(100%),22例输尿管结石,1次ESWL有效20例(90.9%),2次2例(9.1%),膀胱结石6例,5例有效(83.3%),无严重并发症。结论儿童低能级ESWL效果优于成人,不受年龄、身长和体重的限制。
Objective To investigate the effect and side effects of low energy extracorporeal shockwavelithotripsy (ESWL) on children with urolithiasis. Methods German DornierCompactDelta lithotripsy machine was used. The gravel level was 1 ~ 2 and the number of impact was 350 ~ 1800. The working voltage was 10 ~ 11.5kV. 46 cases were treated with gravel. Results 18 cases of kidney stones were effective in 1 case (100%), 22 cases of ureteral calculi, 1 case of effective ESWL in 20 cases (90.9%), 2 cases in 2 cases (9.1%), bladder calculi in 6 cases and 5 cases (83.3% No serious complications. Conclusion The effect of ESWL in children with low energy level is better than that in adults, without limitation of age, length and weight.
