瞄准市场需求培养应用型的复合新闻人才,是当今新闻教育改革亟需探讨的重要课题。高校与媒介合作办学,既可以做到理论与实践相结合,把专业知识的灌输变为专业能力的培养,又可以充分利用各项资源探索新闻专业实践教学与媒体共同发展的新模式。同时,媒体可以为高校学生提供“第二课堂”平台,为学生提供采写、编辑、经营等环节的实战锻炼。并以横向项目合作的形式,把教师带入媒体进行合作,也可以选派青年教师轮流到媒体中任职。
Targeting the market demand to cultivate applied composite news talents is an urgent topic to be discussed in today’s news education reform. The cooperation between universities and the media can not only combine theory with practice, transform the instilling of professional knowledge into the training of professional abilities, but also make full use of various resources to explore new modes of joint development of journalism practice teaching and media. At the same time, the media can provide “second class ” platform for university students, to provide students with writing, editing, management and other aspects of the actual combat exercise. In the form of horizontal project cooperation, teachers can be brought into the media for cooperation. Alternatively, young teachers can be selected to take turns serving the media.
