<正> 在虾饲料生产中,要加工出粒度最适宜的粉料,存在几个技术难题,有待解决。一、生产粉粒均匀的耐水颗粒要生产出均匀耐水的虾用颗粒饲料,粉料混合质量必须很高,其混合变异系数应小于10%。此外,进入压制或挤压制粒系统的粉料,必须有95%的粒度小于250微米(60号筛网),在某些情况下应小于177微米(80号筛网)。物料的混合和粉碎这两道工序很关键,需要精心加工,以使饲料颗粒获得最大均匀度。虾用颗粒饲料除了满足虾的营养需要外,还要满足其他要求。颗粒饲料需要有足够的密度,以便立即沉入水中,并保持其完
