在贵金属工业中,硼硅酸钠渣广泛应用于贵金属金银的熔炼或精炼作业上。本文采用旋转式粘度计研究了作为含金物料一步熔炼基础的苏打-硼砂-玻璃系在1100~1200℃温度区间内的粘度值,并应用单纯形混料回归试验设计建立了粘度关于组元浓度的回归方程。同时绘制了苏打-硼砂-玻璃系粘度等值图。研究结果表明,增加苏打、硼砂的物质量,该体系粘度降低;增加玻璃的物质量,熔渣粘度升高。最后分析讨论了苏打、硼砂降低渣粘度的机理。
In the precious metal industry, sodium borosilicate slag is widely used in the smelting or refining of precious metals, gold and silver. In this paper, the viscosities of soda-borax-glass system, which are the basis of one-step smelting of gold-bearing materials, were investigated by rotary viscometer in the temperature range of 1100-1200 ℃. The results show that when the content of soda and borax is increased, the viscosity of the system decreases; the amount of glass increases and the viscosity of slag increases.
