初步探索了在PP PA6挤出共混过程中加入聚氨脂预聚物 ,通过就地形成CTC -IPN实现增容 .研究结果表明 ,聚氨酯预聚物可以改善PP PA6共混体系的相容性 ,使PA6分散度增加 ,提高了共混物的力学性能 .聚氨酯预聚物在增容的同时 ,又可作为弹性体增韧 ,使共混物的冲击强度大幅度增加 .聚氨酯预聚物增容PP PA6共混物时 ,预聚物的用量不宜过大且受预聚物结构的影响 .
Polyurethane prepolymer was preliminarily investigated in the process of extrusion and blending of PP PA6, and compatibilization was achieved by in situ formation of CTC-IPN.The results show that polyurethane prepolymer can improve the compatibility of PP PA6 blends , So that PA6 dispersion increased, improve the mechanical properties of the blend.University of polyurethane prepolymer while compatibilizing, but also as an elastomer toughening, so that the impact strength of the blend increased significantly.Urethane prepolymer by As PP PA6 blends, the amount of prepolymer should not be too large and affected by the structure of the prepolymer.
