良好的企业内部控制,是工程施工企业在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟、收获更高的经营效益的必备策略。但客观来看,当前不少工程施工企业在内部控制的过程中仍然存在一些亟待改进的问题,如缺乏风险防范意识、内部控制机制不健全、信息化手段应用不够等,这对于工程施工企业的可持续发展是非常不利的。本文立足于当前工程施工企业的内部控制现状,对工程施工企业内部控制中存在的常见问题进行了列举分析,并提出了针对性的改进策略,希望对相关的工程施工企业有所启示。
Good internal control is an essential strategy for construction enterprises to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition and achieve higher operating efficiency. Objectively speaking, at present, many construction enterprises still have some problems to be improved urgently in the process of internal control, such as the lack of awareness of risk prevention, the imperfect internal control mechanism and the inadequate application of information technology. This is of great significance to the construction enterprises Sustainable development is very negative. Based on the current status of internal control of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the common problems existing in the internal control of construction enterprises, and puts forward the targeted improvement strategies, hoping to make some enlightenment to related construction enterprises.
