我站为适应高等级公路施工的需要,先后从美、英、德等国进口了一批工程机械。这些机械至今已使用5000h以上,其中有相当一部分作过不同程度的修理,简介如下。1950B装载机换档缓慢、驱动无力的修复该机斗容量2.7m~3,在使用3000h后,换档手柄动作3min,离合器才缓慢接合且在15min内行走无力。经分析研究认为,故障原因是油压低,使离合器处于半接合状态。拆检后发现,变速阀上一个用硬质塑料制成的小阀芯受液压冲击而使定位帽脱落,阀芯卡在阀体上。由于

These machines have been used for more than 5000 hours so far, and a considerable number of them have been repaired to varying degrees. The brief introduction is as follows. The 1950B loader was slow to shift gears and the drive couldn’t be repaired. The bucket capacity was 2.7m~3. After 3000 hours, the shift lever was acted for 3 minutes, and the clutch was slowly engaged and unable to walk within 15 minutes. After analysis and research, it is believed that the cause of the malfunction is that the oil pressure is low and the clutch is in a semi-engaged state. After the inspection, it was found that a small valve plug made of hard plastic on the transmission valve was subjected to hydraulic shock and the positioning cap fell off. The valve plug was stuck on the valve body. due to
