法家在先秦时期可分为秦晋法家和齐法家两大系,本文对这两大系法家经济思想的特点及异同进行了分析,提出二者都代表新兴地主阶级的利益、强调富国强兵、重视以法治国,但由于所处地理环境、文化传统的不同,在经济思想上二者在富国与富民、农商关系的处理上又有所不同。 During the pre-Qin period, the legalists could be divided into two major systems, namely, the legalist and the legalist of Qin and Jin Dynasties. This paper analyzes the characteristics and similarities and differences between the two major legalists and puts forward that both of them represent the interests of the emerging landlord class, Strong military, and attach importance to the rule of law, but because of the geographical environment and cultural tradition, the two are different in terms of economic thought in the handling of the relations between the rich and the rich and the farmers.
