目的了解马鞍山市职业健康监护现状,分析存在问题并提出相应建议,为地方政府相关决策提供参考。方法采取整群抽样法,抽取2007-2010年本市进行职业健康监护网络直报的用人单位对其进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 2010年与2007年比本市进行职业性健康体检的用人单位数量增加了113.89%,但体检人数增加17.43%,增幅不大;接触粉尘、物理因素职业病危害因素应检人数有所减少,而接触化学毒物、高毒类型职业病危害因素应检人数增幅不大,同时职业禁忌证或职业病的检出率也有所减少。结论应加强《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》宣传力度,争取政府部门重视,加大职业卫生监督执法力度,强化企业主的法制教育,推进职业健康监护工作,从而保障广大劳动者职业健康权益。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational health care in Ma’anshan, analyze existing problems and put forward corresponding suggestions to provide reference for local government decision-making. Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted to select the employer who directly reported occupational health monitoring network from 2007 to 2010 to investigate and analyze the results. Results In 2010 and 2007, the number of employing units for occupational health examination in this Municipality increased by 113.89%, but the number of medical examinations increased by 17.43%, but the increase was insignificant. The exposure to dust and physical factors should be reduced. Exposure to chemical poisons, high-toxic types of occupational hazards should not increase the number of inspects, while occupational taboo or occupational disease detection rate also decreased. Conclusion Publicity of “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases” should be strengthened to win the attention of government departments, intensify supervision and law enforcement of occupational health, strengthen legal education of business owners, and promote occupational health guardianship so as to protect the occupational health rights and interests of the vast numbers of laborers.
