运用文献资料法、调查法,论述了网球比赛中影响运动员心理的主要因素,从运动员自身的心理现象和外部环境进行分析。并根据比赛前后出现的问题提出相应的对策,以期为网球运动员提高自己的心理机能水平提供参考。
By using the methods of literature review and investigation, this paper discusses the main factors influencing the psychology of athletes in tennis competitions and analyzes the athletes’ psychological phenomena and external environment. According to the problems that appeared before and after the game, some countermeasures were put forward to provide reference for tennis players to improve their psychological function.
