目的:考察不同基质和促透剂对复方秋水仙碱凝胶经皮渗透作用的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体大白鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,分别配制含不同基质和不同促透剂的复方秋水仙碱凝胶,用高效液相色谱法测定秋水仙碱的经皮渗透量。结果:以卡波姆940为基质的凝胶效果最佳,几种促透剂对复方秋水仙碱凝胶透皮速率有明显作用,其促渗强度依次为月桂氮芯卓酮>薄荷脑>油酸,以5%月桂氮卓芯酮促透剂作用最强。结论:5%月桂氮卓芯酮为最佳促透剂。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different matrix and anti-hypertensive agents on percutaneous penetration of compound colchicine gel. Methods: A modified Franz diffusion cell was used to transdermally separate the skin of rat skin to prepare the compound colchicine gel with different matrix and different anti-hypertrophy agents respectively. The percutaneous absorption of colchicine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography Penetration. Results: The gel with Carbopol 940 as the matrix had the best effect. Several permeation enhancers had a significant effect on the permeation rate of the compound colchicine gel, and the promoting intensities were as follows: Oleic acid, with 5% Laurizol Zhuo ketone ketone enhancer role of the strongest. Conclusion: 5% lauroxazone is the best transdermal enhancer.
