新课改要求教师改变教学方式,让学生成为学习的主人。但是随着教学的不断深入,学生的两极分化现象也随之出现,并且越来越严重。导致学生成绩两极分化的原因有多个方面。为缩小两极分化差距我们应从以下几个方面努力:激发学生的学习兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”。数学的抽象性是导致学生数学成绩落后的主要原因。在初一阶段教师要舍得花时间,钻研教材教法,在备课、授课上下工夫,努力营造学习的气氛,想方设法调动学生学习的积极性,让学生产生浓厚兴趣。同时
