本文旨在分析沿海大城市新移民住房获取能力。我们采用移民的住房属性来衡量其住房获取能力,从城市新移民主体特征出发,研究住房获取能力的影响因素,从而为解决好城市新移民的住房问题提供思路和对策。本文采用次序逻辑模型研究发现:①收入越高,住房获取能力越强;②受教育水平对于住房获取能力有显著正影响;③城市新移民的单位性质、单位规模和职务也是其住房获取能力的重要影响因素;④具有本地户籍能够显著增强城市新移民的住房获取能力。
This article aims to analyze the acquisition capacity of new immigrants in coastal cities. We use the housing property of immigrants to measure its housing acquisition ability. Based on the characteristics of urban new immigrants, we study the influencing factors of housing acquisition capacity and provide ideas and countermeasures to solve the housing problems of urban new immigrants. This paper uses the sequential logical model to find that: ① The higher the income, the stronger the housing acquisition ability; ② The level of education has a significant positive impact on the ability to acquire housing; ③ The new immigrants of urban nature, unit size and job is also its ability to acquire housing Important influence factors; ④ having local hukou can significantly enhance the city’s new immigrants housing acquisition ability.
