一、问题的提出2011年8月30日,学校安排我担任高二11班的班主任。这是个刚刚组建的文科班,学生的成分极其复杂,既有从重点班转过来的五、六名学习较好的学生,也有十多个学音美专业的学生,更有大量从其他五个普通班中分流出来的基础差、底子薄的学生。面对这样较差的学生和不利的局面,如何更好地教育和转化好他们,使之尽快步入良好的状态,提升他们学习的状态和高度,就成为摆在我面前一个急迫而现实的问题。
First, the question raised August 30, 2011, the school arranged for me to serve as a class teacher sophomore eleven. This is a liberal arts class that has just been formed. The composition of the students is extremely complicated. There are five or six students who have studied well in the key classes and more than a dozen syllabus students, and a large number of students from other five Ordinary classes in the diversion of poor foundation, based on the thin students.
