目的:建立一种配制低浓度甲醛标准气体的方法。方法:配制1+1甲醛溶液,置于D-10扩散管中,配合应用PD-1B-2标准气体发生装置,在一定条件下发生恒定低浓度范围甲醛气体,应用酚试剂法进行测定。结果:相同条件下发生的甲醛气体经酚试剂法测定,气体浓度基本一致。结论:该方法发生的甲醛气体经化学法定值后可以作为标准气体使用,且操作简便,样品试剂低廉,实验成本低。
Objective: To establish a method of formulating low concentration formaldehyde standard gas. Methods: A 1 + 1 formaldehyde solution was prepared and placed in D-10 diffuser tube. With the PD-1B-2 standard gas generator, a constant low concentration formaldehyde gas was produced under certain conditions. Results: Formaldehyde gas generated under the same conditions was determined by phenol reagent method and the gas concentrations were basically the same. Conclusion: Formaldehyde gas generated by this method can be used as a standard gas after chemical calibration, and it is easy to operate, low reagent cost and low experimental cost.
