综述充气成分、配比、压强对彩色PDP特性的影响。利用辉光放电管和3英寸AC-PDP表面放电模拟板,测得几种常用气体的DC放电巴邢曲线和AC表面放电的着火电压曲线。结果表明,对AC表面放电的电极系统不符合气体放电相似定律,其着火电压Uf也不符合巴邢定律。为提高亮度和光效,对表面放电AC-PDP,充气压强应选在Uf=f(p)曲线的右支。最后归纳AC-PDP充气的优化步骤。
The effects of aeration composition, proportion and pressure on the characteristics of color PDP are summarized. Using glow discharge tube and 3-inch AC-PDP surface discharge simulation board, several commonly used gases were measured DC firing Bassein curve and AC surface discharge firing voltage curve. The results show that the electrode system of AC surface discharge does not accord with the similar law of gas discharge, and the ignition voltage Uf also does not accord with Basing’s law. In order to improve the brightness and luminous efficacy, for the surface discharge AC-PDP, the inflation pressure should be selected on the right branch of the Uf = f (p) curve. Finally, to sum up the optimization steps of AC-PDP inflation.
