目的 探讨保留下颌骨连续性舌癌联合根治术治疗中晚期舌癌的可行性。方法 对采用此术式治疗的１８例中晚期舌癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术后全部病例均能进普食且面容改变不大。３、５年生存率为５０％ 、４２．９％ 。５年生存率与同期行常规舌癌联合根治术比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论 保留下颌骨连续性舌癌联合根治术对中晚期舌癌是一种可行的根治性手术。手术的关键是掌握好适应症，同时要求术者具备相当的经验和手术技巧。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of preserving continuous tongue cancer combined with radical mastectomy in the treatment of advanced tongue cancer. Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of advanced tongue cancer treated with this technique were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases can enter the general diet and face little change. 3, 5-year survival rate was 50%, 42.9%. There was no significant difference in 5-year survival rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions It is a viable radical surgery to preserve the continuous mandibular tongue cancer combined with radical mastectomy for advanced tongue cancer. The key to surgery is to master the indications, while requiring surgery who have considerable experience and surgical skills.
