基于供电企业在实现电力低碳化发展中的重要作用,以供电企业为研究对象,从发电侧、供电侧及用电侧三方面分析构建了供电企业低碳贡献效果评价指标体系,并运用灰色三角白化权函数建立了综合评价模型。实例应用结果表明,该模型能合理评价供电企业的低碳贡献效果,为供电企业开展节能减排工作提供了理论依据。 Based on the important role that power supply companies play in the development of low-carbon power generation, the power supply enterprises are taken as the research object. The evaluation index system of low-carbon contribution to power supply enterprises is constructed from three aspects of generation side, power supply side and power consumption side. Whitening weight function to establish a comprehensive evaluation model. The practical application shows that this model can reasonably evaluate the contribution of low carbon in power supply enterprises and provides a theoretical basis for power supply enterprises to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction.
