前言为了提高转炉炉令,鞍钢钢铁研究所与抚顺新抚钢厂共同在该厂6吨氧气顶吹转炉上进行了冶炼造渣工艺试验。在冶炼过程中,对不同造渣工艺的炉渣进行了连续倒炉取样,每一炉次按吹炼时间分为初期、中期和终点渣,采用三至四个渣样。对所有试样做了岩相鉴定,部分试样进行了 X-光衍射分析。在岩相鉴定的基础上,研究了冶炼过程炉渣的矿物组成和形成机理,找出了高 CaF_2炉渣严重侵蚀炉
Preface In order to improve the converter furnace order, Anshan Iron and Steel Institute and Fushun New Steel jointly carried out in the plant 6 tons of oxygen top-blown converter smelting slag test.
