长期以来,中小企业,尤其是民营企业工会的财务管理工作一直是工会全局工作中的难题。从某种意义上讲,不仅难以给工运事业的发展起助推保证作用,而且有相当一部分中小企业因此影响了工会正常活动的有序开展。为了寻求解决这一问题的有效办法,让有限的工会经费用于服务职工、用于工会开展各种活动。笔者最近专程对江苏世纪燎原针织有限公司(以下简称公司)工会作了深入调研,其结果充分表明:该公司工会财务工作的做法较适合中小企业工会的财务管理,有可借鉴之处。
For a long time, the financial management of trade unions of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially private-owned enterprises, has always been a problem in the overall work of trade unions. In a sense, it is not only difficult to give impetus to the development of the workers’ movement, but also a considerable part of the SMEs have affected the orderly development of the normal activities of the trade unions. In an effort to find an effective solution to this problem, a limited amount of union funds are spent on service workers and trade unions to carry out various activities. I recently made a special trip to Jiangsu Century Liao Yuan Knitting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) trade unions made in-depth investigation, the results fully demonstrated that: the company’s financial union practices more suitable for the SME trade union’s financial management, there are lessons for reference.
