知识资本是知识经济时代的重要资本,知识资本的开发有助于低碳经济的发展。低碳经济环境下,煤炭企业知识资本分为人力资本、管理资本、市场资本与顾客资本四个要素。煤炭企业知识资本体系的解析是煤炭企业在低碳经济环境下实施知识资本开发的平台,进而促进煤炭企业低碳化运营的展开。
Knowledge capital is an important capital in the era of knowledge economy, and the development of knowledge capital contributes to the development of low-carbon economy. Low-carbon economy environment, the intellectual capital of coal enterprises is divided into four elements: human capital, management capital, market capital and customer capital. The analysis of coal enterprises’ knowledge capital system is a platform for coal enterprises to implement the development of knowledge capital in the low-carbon economy environment, and then promotes the low-carbon operation of coal enterprises.
