The determination of the amount of X-rays has become a standard part of radiation protection. The Ardran-Crooks Cassette Penetrator and its improvements are inconvenient when there is a need for rapid measurement. The current instruments are all implemented by analyzing the microscopic process of step-splitting radiation transmission to directly give a reading of the kV peak. Such instruments are generally more expensive. A simple and cost-effective solution is to propose a signal ratio of different thicknesses for incident radiation from two solid-state detectors. This technically encountered some difficulties, because in the manufacture of lithium-silicon devices, the later components will appear than the radiation
