我国学生体质健康状况连续多年呈下降趋势,是不争的事实。目前,学校体育工作仍是教育工作中的薄弱环节,青少年的体质健康状况让人担忧。学生除了自身怕苦、怕累,缺乏毅力和恒心外,有没有外界因素长期干扰促使他们锻炼养成了无精打采、懒懒散散,拖拖拉拉、不积极、不主动、懒得怕动、“以静代动”这种局面,从我多年一线教学经历发现:家长、班主任、等长期诱导孩子锻炼的观点和行为是促使孩子不主动锻炼的主要因素。
