目前,我国建筑装饰施工技术管理模式比较低效。建筑装饰企业想要发展改善本企业的建筑装饰施工技术管理模式。本文首先介绍了建筑装饰施工的现状,然后总结了建筑装饰工程中经常出现的问题,最后为建筑装饰企业进行施工技术管理提出了几点建议,对以后这方面的研究与应用有一定的意义。
At present, China’s construction and decoration technology management model is relatively inefficient. Building decoration enterprises want to develop and improve the business of construction and decoration technology management. This article first introduces the current situation of construction and decoration, and then summarizes the frequently occurring problems in the construction and decoration works. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the construction and technical management of construction and decoration enterprises, which will be of great significance to the research and application in this respect.
