介绍市桥三桥旧桥箱梁腹板裂缝,用图展示裂缝的外形和位置。认为腹板抗剪设计强度不足是导致腹板裂缝与缺陷的原因。为抑制裂缝的扩展,提高腹板抗剪能力,提出体外预应力法加固。对体外索的组成、布置和张拉控制应力等关键问题进行了讨论。在设计过程中,谨慎地选择锚固与转向结构。用桥梁分析软件建立计算模型,进而获得结构内力与应力。由对比可知,体外预应力加固法可以有效地增加安全储备、抑制裂缝发展。
Introduce the cracks in the bridge of the old bridge box girder in Shiqiao No.3 Bridge and show the shape and position of the crack with the pictures. It is considered that the insufficient strength of web shear design is the cause of web cracks and defects. In order to restrain the expansion of cracks and improve the shear resistance of webs, the prestressed reinforcement method is proposed. The key issues of the composition, arrangement and tension control of the extracorporeal cable were discussed. In the design process, carefully select the anchoring and steering structure. Using bridge analysis software to establish the calculation model, and then obtain the structure of internal forces and stress. It can be seen from the comparison that the prestressed reinforcement method can effectively increase the safety reserve and restrain the crack development.
