目的:探究人性化护理管理在妇产科腹腔镜手术围术期的应用。方法:研究对象选取为2014~2015年医院收治的100例妇产科腹腔镜手术患者,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者仍采用传统的责任制护理措施,观察组则实行人性化护理管理,比较两组患者的术后疼痛、焦虑抑郁情绪及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后SAS、SDS评分均显著低于术前,且明显低于同期的对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度达到98.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理管理更符合妇产科腹腔镜手术患者的护理需求,能够在不同时期给予患者更好的护理服务,有效改善了患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,减少了术后疼痛,提高了患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of humanized nursing management in the obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery perioperative period. Methods: 100 cases of obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group patients were still treated with the traditional responsibility system , The observation group is the implementation of humane care management, postoperative pain, anxiety and depression satisfaction and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients. Results: The postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group reached 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.00%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing management is more in line with the nursing needs of patients with obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery, patients can be given better care services at different times, effectively improve the patient's anxiety and depression, reduce postoperative pain, improve the patient's Nursing satisfaction.
