教学质量是院校生存与发展的生命线,课堂教学是提高教学质量的主阵地,课堂教学质量直接关系到学院教学水平和人才培养质量。从2012年10月15日开始,云南警官学院历时5个学期两年半时间,开展了以“提升教师教学能力,提升教学质量”为主题的“教学大练兵”活动。有效促进了该院师资队伍建设,规范了教学行为,促进了教学改革,形成了一批教学质量提升的常态化改革制度和长效机制。
The quality of teaching is the lifeline of the survival and development of colleges and universities. Classroom teaching is the main front for improving teaching quality. The quality of classroom teaching is directly related to the quality of college teaching and personnel training. Starting from October 15, 2012, Yunnan Police Officer Academy lasted for five semesters of two and a half years and launched the “Teaching and Training” campaign with the theme of “enhancing teachers’ teaching ability and improving teaching quality.” Effectively promoted the faculty construction of this institute, standardized the teaching behavior, promoted the teaching reform, and formed a number of normalized reform systems and long-term mechanisms for improving teaching quality.
