目的了解广西城乡食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)污染现状。方法以南宁为中心,按照东、南、西、北、中随机选择5个地级市,分别在农贸市场、油坊和农户家采集食用植物油样品183份和花生米17份,按照国家标准方法检测AFB1含量,分析污染状况。结果食用植物油样品AFB1总体超标率为25.14%,其中北部城市较低(8.57%),其他4个地市较高(25.71%~31.58%);其他城市样品超标率与北部城市相比较,差异有统计学意义。超市中的食用植物油AFB1符合国家标准GB 2761—2011的规定;油坊和农户家散装花生油AFB1污染水平高于全国平均水平。结论广西城乡散装花生油中AFB1污染比较严重,需要加强监管和防霉去毒技术指导,防控可能由此引发的食源性疾病风险。
Objective To understand the status of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) contamination in edible vegetable oil in urban and rural areas of Guangxi. Methods Taking Nanning as the center, 183 edible vegetable oil samples and 17 peanut samples were collected from five prefecture-level cities randomly selected from the east, south, west, north and south at the markets of farmers’ markets, oil farms and peasant households, respectively, and tested according to the national standard method AFB1 content, analysis of pollution status. Results The overall over-standard rate of AFB1 in edible vegetable oil samples was 25.14%, which was lower in northern cities (8.57%) and higher in other four cities (25.71% ~ 31.58%). In other cities, Statistical significance. The edible vegetable oil AFB1 in the supermarket conforms to the regulation of the national standard GB 2761-2011; the AFB1 pollution level of oil peanut and peanut bulk peanut oil in the oil farms is higher than the national average. Conclusion The AFB1 pollution in bulk peanut oil in urban and rural areas of Guangxi is rather serious. It is necessary to strengthen the technical guidance of regulation and anti-mold and detoxification to prevent the possible risk of food-borne diseases.
