目的:探讨红景天对高原去势大鼠血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响及红景天抗高原组织缺氧和预防高原骨质疏松症的效果。方法:本实验在高原建立了切除卵巢诱发绝经后骨质疏松症Wistar大鼠模型,分为A组(假手术或正常组),B组(切除卵巢组),C组(切除卵巢+尼尔雌醇组),D组(切除卵巢+红景天混合饲料组),E组(切除卵巢+红景天浸液组)。术后置海拔3100m高原饲养3个月后,测定血清IL-6和TNF-α含量,观察红景天对高原去势大鼠骨质疏松症的预防作用。结果:术后3个月,A组、C组、D组和E组IL-6和TNF-α血清含量均显著低于B组。结论:红景天能降低体内血清IL-6和TNF-α含量,具有抑制骨吸收促进骨形成的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Rhodiola on serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in castrated rats and the effects of rhodiola on anti-anoxia and plateau osteoporosis effect. METHODS: In this experiment, a Wistar rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy was established in the plateau and divided into group A (sham or normal group), group B (ovary group), and group C (ovariectomy + neal). Estradiol group), group D (ovariectomy + Rhodiola mixed group), group E (Ovariectomy + Rhodiola group). After 3 months of altitude 3100m altitude, the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were measured. The preventive effect of Rhodiola on the osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats was observed. RESULTS: At 3 months after operation, serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in group A, group C, group D, and group E were significantly lower than those in group B. Conclusion: Rhodiola can reduce serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels in vivo, and it can inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation.
