本实验研究用电子肺量计和心电图机相连,对2岁以下的46例正常儿和61例肺炎患儿的啼哭肺功能作了检测。实验结果提示,啼哭肺功能与小儿平卧时身长有明显的正相关关系,以此得出回归式为:啼哭肺活量(CVC)=10.67ht-496.87吸气峰流速(PIF)=1.94ht-63.79呼气峰流速(PEF)=1.73ht-60.661例病儿的以上三项实测值与正常儿间差别非常显著(P<0.01),且随病情而相应变化。临床征象缓介后,啼哭肺功能异常可稽延较长时间尤以毛细支气管炎为甚。研究认为,啼哭肺功能试验是一项简便,无损伤性的测量方法,作为2岁以下小儿的肺功能检查方法,对估计疾病的进展、治疗效果和预后具有一定的价值。
The experimental study of electronic spirometry and electrocardiogram connected to 46 cases of normal children under the age of 2 and 61 cases of pneumonia in children crying lung function were tested. The results of the experiment indicate that there is a clear positive correlation between the crying lung function and the length of the child in supine position. The regression equation is as follows: cryogenic vital capacity (CVC) = 10.67ht-496.87 PIF = 1.94ht-63.79 Exhalation peak flow velocity (PEF) = 1.73ht-60.661 cases of sick children above the three measured values were significantly different from normal children (P <0.01), and with the disease and the corresponding changes. After the clinical signs of remission, crying lung dysfunction can be delayed for a long time, especially in bronchiolitis is even worse. The study concluded that crying lung function test is a simple and nondestructive measurement method. As a lung function test method for children under 2 years of age, it has certain value in estimating disease progression, treatment effect and prognosis.
