随着我国国际地位的提高,中国国际广播电台(国际台)的对外广播事业近年来迅速发展,面临越来越多的重大报道需求,从而对我们的整体技术水平和节目制作模式提出了更高的要求。而国际和国内新闻媒体之间的激烈竞争也给国际台的发展带来了不小的挑战。但是,随着广播电视、计算机以及网络等技术的迅速发展,在线广播、网络视频、手机电视等新兴媒体的纷纷出现,这些新的传播形态也为传统广播迎来了新的机遇和发展。在新形势下如何提高节目的技术制作水平,创新直播等节目形式,是摆在每个技术人员面前的现实课题。
