以1Mn5Cr10NiMo不锈钢为对象研究了高锰低镍不锈钢的热处理工艺。结果表明,该钢临界转变温度Ar1在750℃左右,Ar3在900℃左右,亚共析钢的临界转变点预测公式预测值基本与试验结果一致;该类钢种只能通过回火降低其硬度,回火温度高于630℃后有二次硬化现象;690℃回火具有最高的强度和冲击性能;低于600℃回火时,有发生脆断的风险,故该钢的回火温度应在600℃以上。
The heat treatment process of high manganese low nickel stainless steel was studied with 1Mn5Cr10NiMo stainless steel. The results show that the critical temperature of the steel Ar1 is about 750 ℃ and the temperature of Ar3 is about 900 ℃. The predictive value of predicting the critical transition point of the sub-eutectoid steel basically agrees with the experimental results.
