目前,全国第一批1508个县(市)的“三讲”集中教育已基本告一段落。总的看,这些县(市)的“三讲”集中教育取得了比较明显的成效,也积累了一些宝贵的经验。比如,县级领导干部深入贫困、落后、困难较多的乡村、企业、农户,听取意见,面对面地为他们解决生产和生活中的问题;从关系群众切身利益,群众反映强烈的难点、热点问题入手,边整边改,使“三讲”教育深得人心;在深入基层调查研究中,找准工作中的不足和差距,提出今后工作的新思路等。本刊特编发这组县(市)“三讲”教育的文章,供广大读者学习、借鉴。
