为了研究基质块育苗法和催花药剂处理对瓜叶菊生长与开花的影响,采用基质块育苗法、穴盘育苗法和大田育苗法对瓜叶菊进行栽培养护,并用0.5mg/l硫酸锰、100mg/l赤霉素和20mg/l磷酸二氢钾对现蕾后的单株进行喷施,测定与其生长开花相关的形态指标。结果表明:基质块育苗法能明显简化栽培程序,并在出苗时间、发芽率、叶片数量、株高和现蕾时间方面均优于其他方法;赤霉素提前花期的效果优于其他药剂处理,硫酸锰能增强其抗病性,而磷酸二氢钾能有效促进其茎叶生长,增加开花数量。
In order to study the effects of substrate seedling raising and anther treatment on the growth and flowering of cineraria, cineraria was cultivated and maintained by seedling nursery method, plug seedling method and field nursery method, and 0.5mg / l manganese sulphate and 100mg / l gibberellin and 20mg / l potassium dihydrogen phosphate sprayed on the bud after the individual, and its growth and flowering were measured morphological indicators.
