我队两年来先后在3个井队推广使用了水文水井钻参仪(见图1),使操作者能直观到孔底庄力值,冲洗液流量值和泵压值等技术参数,还可监测钻具重量和泥浆泵工作状况,不仅能选择优化参数钻进,不断提高科学打钻水平,而且能有效的预防孔内事故,不断提高经济技术效益。初步统计用钻参仪监测施工完成的12个钻孔,其中最深孔达1201.57m,总进尺达6300余m,深受使用部门欢迎。
In the past two years, our team promoted the use of a hydrological well drilling gage (see Figure 1) in three wells to enable the operator to visualize the technical parameters such as the hole bottom pressure, flush flow rate and pump pressure, etc. Monitoring the weight of drilling tools and working conditions of mud pumps not only can optimize the drilling parameters, but also improve the level of scientific drilling, and can effectively prevent holes accidents, and continuously improve economic and technological benefits. Preliminary statistics with the drilling instrument monitoring the completion of the construction of the 12 holes, of which the deepest hole of 1201.57m, the total footage of more than 6300 m, welcomed by the user departments.
