自Demonlin于1975年证明了左中隔支的存在后,人们对此作了大量的研究,证明左中隔支传导阻滞(LSFB)对缺血性心脏病的诊断具有重要意义。为探讨LSFB的发病情况,及心电图(EC G)、心电向量图(VCG)的改变情况,现将我院1984年~1989年间,经VCG诊为LSFB、并经ECG及超声排除右束支传导阻滞、预激综合征、右室肥大、后壁心肌梗塞、心肌病等的92例病人分析讨论、如下: 一、诊断标准:采用Nakaya氏标准:(1)横面QRS环最大向量>+30°,且QRS环在前方的面积超过总面积的2/3;或(2)QRS环最大向量>+45°。二、结果:见附表一、二、三。三、合并的ECG异常:左前分支传
Since Demonlin proved the existence of the left middle septum in 1975, a large number of studies have been done to prove that LSFB is of great significance for the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease. In order to explore the incidence of LSFB, and ECG (ECG), ECG changes (VCG), now our hospital from 1984 to 1989, VCG diagnosed as LSFB, and by ECG and ultrasound excluded right bundle branch Conduction block, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, right ventricular hypertrophy, posterior wall myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathy and other 92 patients were analyzed and discussed as follows: First, the diagnostic criteria: the Nakaya standard: (1) horizontal QRS ring maximum vector> + 30 °, and QRS ring in front of more than 2/3 of the total area; or (2) QRS ring maximum vector> +45 °. Second, the results: See Schedule I, II, III. Third, the combined ECG abnormalities: Left anterior branch pass
