对某铰接式矿用胶轮车进行三维建模,采用虚拟样机对其建立参数模型并仿真。根据各轮胎的起动转矩和稳定转矩值,验证该仿真模型合理可靠。在单侧矩形坑路面激励下,对该车关键元部件进行仿真,得到各主要元部件的Y向动载荷及动载系数,为整车元部件位置布置、产品的设计和制造提供重要参考依据.
A three-dimensional modeling of a articulated mining rubber tire vehicle was established using a virtual prototype to establish a parametric model and simulate it. According to the starting torque and the steady torque value of each tire, the simulation model is verified to be reasonable and reliable. Under the excitation of one-sided rectangular pit road surface, the key components of the car are simulated and the Y-direction dynamic load and dynamic load factor of the main components are obtained. This provides an important reference for the layout of the vehicle’s components and the design and manufacture of the products .
