充足的营养是儿童生存和发展的根本保证,营养状况被认为是衡量儿童健康状况的灵敏指标。这种观点反映在最近几年所制定的许多世界范围内与儿童营养有关的目标受到了重视。作为今后7年国家和地方的营养战略目标,它们是如此重要。这些目标分别来源于下面一些文件:《九十年代中国儿童发展规划纲要》、《儿童生存、保护和发展世界宣言》、《国际营养工作会议宣言》、《马尼拉共同纲领》和《儿童权利公约》。主要目标包括以下方面: Adequate nutrition is the fundamental guarantee for the survival and development of children, and nutritional status is considered as a sensitive indicator of children’s health. This view reflects the emphasis placed on many of the world’s child nutrition-related goals that have been developed in recent years. They are so important as the national and local nutritional strategy goals for the next seven years. These goals are derived from the following documents respectively: Outline for the Development of Children in China in the 1990s, World Declaration on the Survival, Protection and Development of Children, Declaration of the International Conference on Nutrition, Manila Common Program and Convention on the Rights of the Child, .
