翻阅近年来中国消费者协会受理投诉的记录,我们发现近年家用电器类产品的整体投诉量呈逐年上升的趋势:1999年家电类投诉总量为95,568件,2000年为23,068件,2001年为98,895件,2002年为127,174件。在整体的家电投诉量中,质量投诉四年来始终位于首位,而质量投诉中的很多“由头”就是维修不到位或是服务欠佳。
Looking back at the record of complaints received by the China Consumer Association in recent years, we find that the overall complaint volume of household electrical appliances has been on the rise year by year. In 1995, there were 95,568 complaints about home appliance types, 23,068 in 2000 and 98,895 in 2001 In 2002, it was 127,174. In the overall appliance complaints, quality complaints have always been in the first four years, and many of the quality complaints in the first place is not in place for repair or service is not good.
