在建立交错轴斜齿轮传动副标架、准确推导齿面啮合方程的基础上,利用MATLAB强大的科学分析计算功能和函数可视化功能绘制出2个完整的接触齿面,探索出一种能快速、准确地绘制交错轴斜齿轮传动齿面三维数字化接触模型的方法,对于进一步分析研究交错轴斜齿轮传动啮合性能提供了理论基础。 On the basis of establishing the meshing of staggered shaft helical gears and accurately deriving the meshing equations of tooth flanks, two complete contact tooth surfaces were drawn by MATLAB powerful analytical and computational functions and function visualization functions, Accurately drawing the three-dimensional digital contact model of the cross-helical gear transmission flank provides a theoretical basis for further analysis and study of the intermeshing helical gear meshing performance.
