目的研究多酶清洗液清洗复用医疗器械影响因素,探讨最佳使用方法。方法通过标准监测卡方法,对多酶洗剂清洗复用医疗器械的效果进行比较观察。结果清洗水温对无酶洗剂条件下的清洗作用无影响。在酶洗剂条件下,水温低于30℃时清洗效果受到影响,将水温提高到50℃时,清洗效果显著提高。结论多酶洗剂对医疗器械清洗效果受水温的影响,温度提高可使酶洗剂活性增强,清洗效果提高。
Objective To study the influential factors of multi-enzyme cleaning fluid cleaning and reuse medical equipment, and to explore the best use method. Methods The standard monitoring card method was used to compare the effect of multi-enzyme detergent cleaning and reuse medical devices. Results The cleaning water temperature had no effect on the cleaning effect under the condition of enzyme-free detergent. Under the condition of enzyme detergent, the cleaning effect is affected when the water temperature is lower than 30 ° C, and when the water temperature is raised to 50 ° C, the cleaning effect is remarkably improved. Conclusion The effect of multi-enzyme detergent on the cleaning effect of medical devices is affected by water temperature. The increase of temperature can enhance the activity of enzyme detergent and improve the cleaning effect.
