指出生产实践中常用的稳定调速率测定方法存在着不符合定义的缺陷。阐明动态测定的必要性,提出并解决动测关键在于瞬时转速,通过多次测试观察,结合理论上仿真计算结果,对调节品质量伍进行讨论.为了进一步提高产品性能和节能,建议须将标准作适当的修改。
It is pointed out that there are some defects which are not conform to the definition in the commonly used method of measuring the stable transfer rate in production practice. The necessity of dynamic measurement is clarified. The key point of dynamic measurement is to put forward and solve the problem of instantaneous rotation speed. Through the observation of many tests and the simulation results in theory, the quality of the adjustment products is discussed. In order to further improve product performance and energy saving, it is recommended that the standard be amended as appropriate.
