本文以滚压及滚压校直工艺在 SOFIM 发动机 QT880—5球墨铸铁曲轴生产中的运用及相应的实验数据,分析了滚压及滚压校直工艺对曲轴疲劳性能的影响,指出通过圆角滚压,在曲轴疲劳强度的敏感区域内形成一个局部压应力场,曲轴的疲劳强度可以提高到滚压加工以前疲劳强度的1.6~2.5倍。滚压校直工艺既有利于曲轴直线度,又不破坏疲劳强度。
