膨胀混凝土大量使用在超长预应力混凝土框架结构中,为研究其收缩徐变规律,进行膨胀混凝土材料的收缩性能的试验研究,基于试验数据对结构典型单元的收缩徐变进行跟踪监测和时变性分析。获得膨胀混凝土材料的收缩规律和结构的收缩徐变规律;检验超长预应力混凝土框架梁板构件采用膨胀混凝土抵消早期收缩的效果。根据膨胀混凝土收缩性能的研究数据和实际施工进度计划,对典型结构单元施工阶段进行模拟计算分析,对计算结果与实测数据进行数理分析,结果显示对结构收缩徐变模拟分析的方法是可行的。
In order to study the law of shrinkage and creep of expansive concrete, the shrinkage and creep behavior of the expansive concrete is studied. Based on the experimental data, the shrinkage and creep of the typical structure of the structure is tracked and time-varying analysis. Shrinkage and creep regularity of the structure of the expansive concrete and shrinkage and creep of the structure were obtained. Expanded concrete was used to check the effect of early shrinkage on the beams and slabs of the ultra-long prestressed concrete frame. According to the research data of shrinkage performance of expansive concrete and the actual construction schedule, the simulation calculation and analysis of typical structural unit construction stage are carried out. The calculated results and measured data are analyzed by mathematical analysis. The results show that it is feasible to simulate the structure shrinkage and creep.
