利用露点腐蚀模拟装置和电化学噪声技术研究了Q235轧制钢板沿不同方向的露点腐蚀行为。结果表明,Q235钢轧制方向上总的腐蚀失重大于法线方向,其主要原因是法线方向上铁素体和珠光体带状分布的特点减少了腐蚀过程中渗碳体的脱落,而两个方向上由于电偶腐蚀所导致的腐蚀速度的增加基本相当。
The dew point corrosion behavior of Q235 rolled steel in different directions was studied by means of dew point corrosion simulator and electrochemical noise technique. The results show that the total corrosion loss in the rolling direction of Q235 steel is larger than that in the normal direction. The main reason is that the strip-shaped distribution of ferrite and pearlite in the normal direction reduces the loss of cementite during the corrosion. In all directions, the corrosion rate caused by galvanic corrosion is basically the same.
