本文介绍用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时定量测定化探样品中主要、次要和痕量组份镁、铝、钙、钛、钒、铬、锰、磷、铁、镍、铜、锌、铌、镧、锆、钡、铱、铍、锶等十九个元素。描述了不同的干扰效应和用计算机校正干扰的方法。用ICPQ—100型光谱仪,样品溶液不经分离、不去溶,在同一份溶液中间时测定上述元素。实验表明,方法准确度和精密度均达到较好的化探分析要求。
In this paper, simultaneous determination of magnesium, aluminum, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, nickel, copper and zinc in geochemical samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry , Niobium, lanthanum, zirconium, barium, iridium, beryllium, strontium and other nineteen elements. Described different interference effects and computer-aided interference methods. With ICPQ-100 spectrometer, the sample solution without separation, not to dissolve in the same solution measured in the middle of the above elements. Experiments show that the method accuracy and precision are better than the geochemical analysis requirements.
