[目的]对成都市社区卫生服务慢性病管理中糖尿病控制情况的影响因素进行分析。[方法]对成都市29个社区卫生服务中心2030个慢性病患者进行问卷调查,采用描述性方法、方差分析和回归分析的方法对糖尿病控制情况的影响因素进行分析。[结果]成都市社区卫生服务中的糖尿病患者对糖尿病病症表现和慢性病药物治疗的知晓率分别为67.5%、90%,但是对血糖正常值的知晓率为44.8%,对社区医生的依从率为95.0%,行为改变率最高的是进食量的控制为94.6%,影响糖尿病控制率的主要因素是按照医嘱服药的依从性、每日进食量和每日运动量。[讨论]应加强糖尿病患者的健康教育等健康促进工作,加强对全科医生糖尿病有关知识的培训。
[Objective] To analyze the influencing factors of diabetes control in chronic disease management of community health service in Chengdu. [Methods] A total of 2030 chronic disease patients in 29 community health service centers in Chengdu were surveyed, and the influencing factors of diabetes control were analyzed by means of descriptive analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis. [Results] The awareness rate of diabetic patients with chronic diseases and diabetes mellitus in community health services in Chengdu was 67.5% and 90% respectively, but the awareness rate of normal blood glucose was 44.8%. The compliance rate with community doctors was 95.0%. The highest rate of behavioral change was the control of food intake, which was 94.6%. The main factors affecting the rate of diabetes control were compliance with medication, daily food intake and daily exercise. [Discussion] Health promotion work such as health education for patients with diabetes should be strengthened and training on general practitioner diabetes related knowledge should be strengthened.
