当前,中职学生的言行方式存在着诸多问题,如人际关系障碍、厌学、易产生消极情绪等。究其原因发现,这些问题的根源大多在于心理的症结,所以中职班主任应更多地关注“心理化教育”的问题。本文基于所带班级部分学生存在的主要心理问题,从探析学生问题的“心理归因”角度出发,实施了“宽松的心理氛围”“培养学生积极的心理暗示”“优化班级群体心理”“解决学生个体心理问题”“建立班级‘心理委员’”“培养学生良好心态”六个方面的策略,探究班主任在德育过程中的心理化教育模式,通过教育多渠道的积极互动,来持续促进学生人格完善、智能生长和幸福提升。
